Student Discount

  • 20 % discount on tickets with seat numbers for concerts in Ostrava.
  • For the rest of the concerts, there is a fixed price for students. Please see the details of appropriate concerts.
  • The discount is also available for purchases made online, provided the student owns a valid ISIC card.

Senior Discount 60+

  • 20 % discount on tickets with seat numbers for concerts in Ostrava.
  • For the rest of the concerts, there is a fixed price for seniors. Please see the details of appropriate concerts.
  • The discount is not available for purchases made online. The discount may be claimed only in person having proved the date of birth.

Child Discount (up to 15 years)

  • 50 % discount on tickets with seat numbers for concerts in Ostrava.
  • For the rest of the concerts, please see the details of appropriate concerts.
  • The discount is not available for purchases made online. The discount may be claimed only in person.

ZTP and ZTP/P Card Holders

  • 50 % discount on tickets with seat numbers for concerts in Ostrava.

When buying tickets at St. Wenceslas Music Festival office for five different concerts, the cheapest ticket is free.

Types of discount cannot be combined. Discounts are not available on tickets with seat numbers purchased at the door before the concert.

Tickets at the Door

It is possible to buy tickets at the door 30 minutes prior to a concert. Discounts are not available on tickets with seat numbers purchased at the door before the concert.

Cancellation and Refunds

Tickets may be returned and a refund claimed only for cancelled concerts.

eTickets

eTicket may not be sold outside the www.shf.cz website. It is valid in A4 format only. Forging eTickets is a criminal offence. Altering an eTicket renders it invalid.

Paid admission fees are returnable only if the event is cancelled. Once paid eTickets cannot be exchanged for others and will not be replaced if lost. Keep your eTickets in a safe and secure place.

The organizer is not liable for any problems caused by the unauthorized use or reproduction of eTickets. Admission will be granted only on the basis of the first eTicket presented for inspection. Any other eTicket, or reproduction thereof, will not be deemed valid and will not provide admission to the event, irrespective of who presents it.

Types of Tickets

There are two types of tickets:

  • Concerts in Ostrava: The tickets have seat numbers and the venues are divided into zones which determine prices of the tickets (see Programme).
  • Concerts outside Ostrava and some concerts in Ostrava: The tickets do not have seat numbers. Prices of the tickets are fixed and they are divided into two levels – regular and discounted. The discounted price is for students (with a valid student card), seniors 60+, ZTP and ZTP/P card holders, and children.

Further Information

  • Concertgoers are required to follow the rules set by the organizer.
  • The programme and performers may change.
  • If a concert is cancelled, you may request a refund at the St. Wenceslas Music Festival, i.e. the organizer of the event.
  • Latecomers will be seated according to the instructions of the organizer.
  • It is not allowed to make photos or any recordings during concerts.
  • Please do not forget to turn off your mobile phones.
