Polish mezzo-soprano, Ewa Kalwasińska, is earning her Masters under the tutelage of Jan Ballarin at The Karol Szymanowski Academy of Music in Katowice. She has not only sung concerts in Poland, but also in countries all over Europe. Ewa earned the top scholarship in voice at the Academy of Music where she sang Three Kurpian Songs with the Silesian Chamber Orchestra under the baton of Krzysztof Dziewięcki. In 2017, Ewa made her operatic debut as Third Lady in Mozart’s The Magic Flute. She has also sung with the Silesian Opera in Bytom and with many conductors including Jan Hawel, Francesco Bottigliero, Jakub Kontz, and Tadeusz Kozłowski. Ewa has also had the honor to sing in masterclasses with Izabela Kłosińska, Eugeniusz Sąsiadek, Aleksandr Vovk, and Stefania Donzelli.
