Kora Pavelić

She had her debut in 2010 in the Croatian National Theatre in Varaždin, in the role of Dido, in the opera "Dido and Aeneas", conducted by Laurence Cummings.
In 2012 she earned her Master Degree in the Opera school of the Music University of Stuttgart, in the class of Frederique Friess.
She is in demand as a concert soloist, and has performed in England, Turkey, Spain, Germany, and Croatia.
In 2015 she was a finalist at the International Singing Competition Zinka Kunc in Rijeka, Croatia.
Kora Pavelić was accepted into young artists programme of the Stuttgart state opera (Staatsoper Stuttgart) in the season 2013/2014, where she sang the roles of Tisbe (Cenerentola, Rossini), Second lady (Magic flute, Mozart), Annina (Traviata, Verdi), and 1 Beamtin (wunderzaichen, Andre).
Following Stuttgart engagement, she became a part of ensemble of the Landestheater Coburg in 2014, and has been a member since. There she sang the roles of Orfeo (Orfeo ed Euridice, Gluck), Flora Bervoix (Traviata, Verdi), Hänsel (Hänsel und Gretel, Humperdinck), Adalgisa (Norma, Bellini), Page (Salome, Strauss), Jakob (Gold!, Evers), Frau Reich (Die lustigen Weiber von Windsor, Nicolai), and is to be heard as Murya in the opera "Riders to the Sea", by Ralph Vaughn Williams.
