Tomáš comes from Eastern Bohemia. Since childhood, he devoted himself to choral singing and playing wind instruments, first in children's brass band and later in a local big band. After the starting his studies at Technical University in Brno, he began attending lessons of Gregorian chant with Josef Gerbich and after coming to Brno choir Ars Brunensis started regular singing lessons with soprano Hana Málková. In Brno he was also a member of the vocal ensemble Sol et sedes under the leadership of Ondřej Múčka. In 2008 he was invited to collaborate with the ensemble Schola Gregoriana Pragensis, led by David Eben, and subsequently with Collegium Vocale 1704 conducted by Václav Luks. Currently he is dedicated to private singing lessons and playing the trombone. He sings mainly in medieval, Renaissance and baroque music ensembles (Schola Gregoriana Pragensis, Capella Mariana, Collegium Vocale 1704, The Czech Baroque Ensemble, Ensemble Inégal).
