Filip Dvořák

He is a sought-after basso continuo player and founder of the Baroque Ensemble Hipocondria ensemble. He collaborates with many early music ensembles such as Collegium 1704, Musica Florea, Ensemble Inégal, Venti Diversi. He is also a regular guest of the Philharmonic Orchestra of Pardubice, Hradec Kralove, Plzen.
He cooperates with the Czech Philharmonic members in various chamber music projects. In recent years, he has extensively worked with flutist and conductor Jakub Kydlíček, under Concerto Aventino. Equally important is the cooperation with excellent violinist and composer Jiří Sycha. Since 2014 he has been teaching at the Conservatory Teplice, resulting in, among other things, the formation of a chamber group of Musica Filipika. Filip Dvorak also seeks musical genres on the border between classical and jazz music. He is a founder of jazz-baroque formation Transitus irregularis.
As an addition to his musical activities, Filip builds harpsichords in the harpsichord workshop of František Vyhnálek.
