After
graduating from the Brno Conservatory he continued with his studies at the Academy
of Performing Arts in Prague. He took part in many international courses and
internships, where he met with number of respected singers and mentors (T. Thomaschke, N. Rogers, R. Wistreich, M. v. Altena). He collaborates
with ensembles Musica Florea, Capella Regia, Prague Madrigalists and he has achieved
signifiant Access at home and abroad. He performed in many festivals in most of
european countries, Australia, Lebanon and Izrael. He has recorded for
Supraphon a CD of J. L. Dukat´s Cithara (modern world premiere) and J. D.
Zelenka´s Sub olea pacis et palma virtutis. In 2011 he started his collaboration
with Chamber Opera in Wienna and with Baroque Academy d´Ambronay in France. The
same year he appeared in J. J. Ryba´s Czech Christmas Mass in front of Japanese
Princess in Tokio. In season 2002/2003 he sang the role of Aleksey in rock
opera Juno and Avos by A. Rybnikov in J. K. Tyl Theatre in Pilsen. In may 2004
he performed the solo part in J. D: Zelenka´s oratorio Sub olea pacis in Auditorio
Nacional De Música in Madrid, together with Musica Florea, Musica Aeterna and
Boni Pueri. In october 2004 he appeared in the concert cycle of Slovak
Philharmonic Orchestra in Bratislava
with sacred works for bass by H. I. F. Biber. He is also a member of
experimental vocal ensemble Affetto and a male voice quartet Q VOX. He
regularly collaborates with Societas Incognitorum, a vocal-instrumental
ensemble specialized in 17th century music interpretation, and with Brno
Philharmonic Orchestra and Orpheus Chamber Opera.
